At sa majesté, we do not offer an exchange or refund on any products / orders ( full or sale price) due to the nature of the items and for health reasons so please choose carefully.
Faulty / Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or an incorrect item or order please contact us within 3 business days* of receiving your shipment at email@example.com.
You will need to provide us with your Order Number, Name, Detailed outline of the issue and an image of the product for proof.
Upon assessment, we will determine the outcome and if item is found faulty / Incorrect it must be returns to us in it's original condition. Please note that the return shipping costs are at your expense. Once we receive the item we will dispatch the replacement item within 3 business days.
Please be mindful that we take no responsibility for items lost in the process of return due to freight / any other error.
*Note: anything outside within 3 business days will not be subject to assessment.
